Skill – Operation of Vial Filling, Washing, Sealing and Tunnel.
CIP and SIP of Lyophilized and Lyophilization process. Compounding, Aseptic Filtration Process. Sterilization Operations (Autoclave).
Executive/Sr. Executive
Qualification – M. Pharmacy/B. Pharmacy
Required Skills
Experience in Vial Filling, Sealing & Washing Machine. Plan, prepare and execute as per the filling schedule.
Manpower planning, handling and utilization. CIP, SIP of mixing Vessels and Filling Machines. Involved in IQ OQ PQ and RQ of Autoclave, Vial Filling line & Lyophilizer.
Department – Packing

Qualification – M. Pharmacy/B. Pharmacy/ B.Sc./Diploma/ITI
Required Skills
Experience in operations of Packing, Labelling and Blister Packing Machines and Autocartonator.
Track & trace to perform cleaning activities and machine troubleshooting.
Maintain document batch details in log book and BPR’s as per documentation practices.
