Railway Recruitment Cell East Coast Railway Bhubaneswar, Odisha release a notification on 08.02.2022 for engagement of Act Apprentices for training under the Apprentices Act 1961 in East Coast Railway for 756 numbers of slot.
It has been decided to conduct the document verification of 1199 candidates from 01.06.2022 to 17.06.2022 at Multidisciplinary Zonal Training Institute (MDZTI), Raill Vihar, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar.
Eligible candidates are advised to attend the process of document verification with the downloaded call letters on the date and time as mentioned against each.
Following link is being provided to the applicants through their registered e-mails for downloading their Call Letters.
While coming for document verification the candidates should bring all the certificates (Academic Category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/ESM) in original, three passport size photographs and the medical fitness certificate required for the post as per Para-17 of the Notification (Annexure – III)

- 10th Marksheet and Certificate
- ITI Marksheet and Certificate
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
- Passport Size Photo
- Medical Fitness Certificate
Instructions to Candidates
- Candidates will not be allowed for document verification without producing call letter & the same will be retained be RRC
- The candidates will have to produce the hard copy of their online application at the time of document verification & the same will be retained by RRC.
- Change of date/time/venue of document verification will not be permitted under any circumstances and decision of RRC/ECoR in all matters will be final and binding.
- The candidates want to avail the benefit of reservation must produce the discharge certificate.
- PwBD Candidates must produce the disability certificate.
- SC/ST/OBC must bring Caste Certificate
- EWS Certificate
- Candidates should also bring a copy of one set of all certificate (self attested) & the same will be retained by RRC.
- No daily allowance/conveyance allowance or travelling allowance will be paid to the candidate who will be called for document verification.
- If required, the candidate may have to stay for more than one day on his own arrangement for document verification.
